Warm and sweet, with all the complexity that comes from infusing real vanilla beans our tallow. Native to our neighbor to the south, Mexican vanilla is a threatened species, with many growers abandoning the industry to find a more profitable use for the land on which vanilla once grew.  We choose Mexican vanilla because it takes less fossil fuel to get to our door, it supports our vulnerable southern neighbor's heritage.....and, we just like the scent better.  We infuse whole beans in tallow for many weeks before straining, then mix in locally sourced beeswax.  The result is a wonderful, warm scented lotion that your skin will love.
Our creamy tallow is very concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
